- Strictly no exchanges and/or refunds will be allowed once your order has been placed.
- In the event that the item you ordered is out of production, a credit note will be issued in the form of a gift card.
You may utilize your credit note to offset your next purchase.

- All products are checked to ensure it is in good condition prior to dispatch.
- In the event that you receive a product that is defected and/or wrong, an exchange will be done.
Please email us clear snapshots of the defect and order details within 3 days of receiving your order to email@example.com.
- All returns have to be done within 3 working days after an email on the return/exchange procedure has been sent.
Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, packed in our original clear wrapping bag.
Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
- All return items must be mailed back to us via Registered or Smartpac postage only.
Delivery charges will be borne by customers.
